The risks of depression include:

·         Suicide

·         Obesity 

·         Diabetes

·         Poor academic performance

·         Depression can also lead to addiction

How can I Reduce the Risks of Depression?

There are several things that you can do to reduce the risks of depression, including:

·         Get enough sleep

·         Eat a balanced diet

·         Exercise regularly

·         Offer prayers five times a day

·         Ask forgiveness and mercy of Allah Almighty

·         Recite the Holy Quran

·         Practice Random Acts of Kindness
